John is a seasoned Contract Management professional, bringing two decades of direct experience to his client engagements. John's expertise lies in project management and leadership in the areas of chargebacks, managed care rebates, data scrubbing and reporting, and technical project work.

Prior to founding Activus, John spent six years in senior management positions at I-many, Inc. (now ModelN).

John lives in Maine and enjoys family travel, ice hockey, performance training, skiing, and running. He is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer/Youth Exercise Specialist and the head coach of a local middle school cross-country running program.

John brings more than 25 years of executive management experience in software and services delivery within the pharmaceutical and retail manufacturing industries. One of his key responsibilities is to lead and manage full suite implementations, upgrades and other mission critical client projects ensuring on-time, within budget delivery of services.
 
Previously, John served as Vice President of Services at I-many (now ModelN), introducing implementation methodologies and processes, and spent fifteen years as a services executive for JGI.
 
John lives in New Jersey with his family and enjoys skiing, golf, home remodeling and is active in Habitat for Humanity.
Chris has held various sales roles within the services industry over the last twenty years, including business management systems, e-commerce solutions, and marketing/ communications.

For more than a decade with Activus, Chris has enjoyed working with both new and existing clients to accurately determine and capture their needs and develop creative, targeted, and budget conscious solutions.

Chris lives in Bedford, NH with his wife and two children.

Katie joins the Activus family as our GP Practice Lead, following the acquisition of Government Pricing Specialists, LLC (GPS), which was founded by Katie in 2010.

Katie has nearly 20 years' experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries in the areas of commercial and government contracting, compliance, finance and sales operations. Katie's primary focus has been government programs and contract/pricing analysis including policies, disclosures/ restatements, audits and assessments, statutory pricing requirements and training. Prior to consulting, Katie worked within the industry in the areas of government contract administration, pricing analysis, and commercial contracting.
